I had been to ladybird before for lashes which is excellent and has read reviews that Minay was excellent I wish I had gone to her before because my hair is cut & blow dried to perfection. When I arrived my hair was badly matted from with old extensions from previous salon but Minay removed all the extensions and applied top quality ones with root colour cut and blow dry. She gave advice in how to maintain extensions.She listens to what her clients which is so important, many hairdressers dont!

I've had 8 sessions for laser hair removal over a two year period and can say it does work. I used to have thick hair on my upper back and waxing was very painful. My last wax was so much less traumatic as much less hairy areas and thickness about 75% is permanently faded away, my upper arms are much better too. Great service

I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. My stylist was more interested in her previous customer she was juggling during my appointment. The girl who washed and blow dried my hair was overly. I was expecting an initial consultation before hair was washed but she was busy with her other client. My hair came out fine even though stylist kept telling me nobody asks for my hairstyle which is to shoulders with layers.Can't fault my hair I'm happy with final result but customer care was intimidating.
