The whole experience was awful apart from the lady that was doing my lashes was nice, the atmosphere was terrible the lady who was doing other customers hair was having a proper loud discussion about her personal life and was literally swearing in every other sentence. I was In there with my younger sister she felt disgusted hearing all the swear words. My appointment was at 1.30 I took Uber to get there coz I didn’t want to be late I ended up waiting there for more then half nd hour. The room I was in was filthy nd stank of cigarette. Anyways at that moment of time I felt like I made a massive mistake being at the place. Anyways I thought let me see how my treatment comes out. The treatment was not good, I had glue on top of my eyelid not a little bit but a lot. The lashes where not curly! My lashes have been cut really short!!! Overall the experience was not good. Avoid this place!! The staffs working there need to get customer service training.
