Johanna and the team are always lovely and really good. This time unfortunately I felt rushed as it was a Saturday and considering the price of the service it was really quick. I always had 10/10 results and this time was not the case. I asked for straight brows but I left with very similar brows to had I had before which doesn’t justify the £45 I paid. The salon and the team are always great so I am not too sure what went wrong this time.

just before my appointment started, once I was directed to the beauty room, Johanna left to help out front and was waiting for 5/10. I have quite sensitive skin and took a while for skin to calm down afterwards. Was red for a few days afterwards.
