Didn’t happen. I booked online and received numerous booking confirmation and reminder texts so was confident everything would be good and was looking forward to my appointment. Then I arrived and after having been told to take a seat and that someone would be with me soon, the girl on the desk called me over told me that the girl doing my eyelashes had ‘literally just left on a family emergency’. Given how long she spent in the back and her demeanour when she came out, I am certain that was a lie and that they simply had either double booked or missed my booking altogether. I have since heard of a similar thing happening to someone else there, so won’t be back.
