Very basic service, no drinks or magazines offered, no styling products used so the blow dry dropped flat in 10 minutes, haircut was ok but not great. Salon is very nice but I would book in with a different stylist next time.

Paid for a permanent colour and cut blow dry. Paid £83.
I was booked in for stylist phoebe but didn’t get her and also didn’t get the colour I wanted. The girl was nice.
About my choice of colour. I stayed within the dark tones this meant the colour I chose was deep dark chestnut brown this is because my hair is a naturally a dark brown. I thought it wouldn’t be hard to capture this colour. This is why I didn’t go and choose a light auburn like colour. Was informed I need to pay £15 extra to lighten it to get that colour I showed. There was ginger in it. I did say my cost is rising close to £100.
Just simply I didn’t get the colour I wanted.
In fact after my hair was finished. I just want to dye my hair black, get rid of this colour. My hair was closer to a ginger colour which is the worst colour for asian skin. The girl did dye it again showed me a darker brown. But even after dyeing it didn’t go to that shown dark brown colour. I noticed the top was lighter with not a nice tinge. All I can say I paid more than I usually do and didn’t get the colour I had hoped or near to that colour. Now I can’t get it changed without further damage to my hair.
Poor girl offered me another cup of tea then forgot.
I didn’t say anything apart from saying it wasn’t the colour I wanted. She did say about colouring it black.
This is my second visit and previously I was told I would need a few colours to get my desired colour.
I have seen my daughter and others who have dark colour successfully having theirs dark hair lifted.

My haircut and colour was fine, I just didn't think the staff were very professional.
