Great service as ever - only thing is that treatment table has been a little wobbly for a while now and should probably be fixed/replaced.

The venue cancelled as they said the appointment time wasn’t actually available. They were nice about it but disappointing.
The girl who did my treatments (Vikki) was lovely, very professional & friendly, as was the girl who greeted me at the front desk (not sure of her name unfortunately).
The experience of getting the treatment done was OK. The colour I wanted wasn't available (not Vikki's fault, just disappointing). Also, the heat lamp intermittently cut out when trying to set my nails, which wasnt ideal for the poor girl. I believe they were waiting to get these fixed, so hopefully this has been sorted out now.
I got a gel manicure & pedicure for going on honeymoon. I'm still away at the moment, but my unfortunately my fingernails have been peeling for a week (started less than a week after I got them done). They look pretty terrible which is really disappointing as I can't do anything about it until I get back in just over a week.
Overall just a bit upset that I paid money to be left with chipped nails when these were supposed to last the duration of my holiday. Maybe more advice needs to be given on how to keep them to make sure this doesn't happen? Or if it's because of hot weather, maybe needs to be communicated that these won't last.
