Therapist was great. Very professional and thorough, polite and talented at massage. Two points about the venue affected my experience - one was the loud dance music filtering through to the treatment room from the hair salon. The other was a light fitting that was hanging in disarray in the salon, which no one explained or apologised for - it didn’t directly impact me but looked untidy and potentially a health and safety risk. Overall though the treatment itself was fab and great value.
It’s not the first time I’ve been to this venue and the reason why I keep coming back is because of the friendliness of the staff, who are willing to listen and then cut and style your hair just like you want it. The place itself is nicely decorated and clean, so would definitely recommend.
