All three of my treatments were done to a fantastic standard and I felt looked after and comfortable. I will definitely be going back and having further treatments.
Unfortunately I can't rate my cut the the salon as although I was there for an hour and a half I didn't actually receive my treatment! After booking online I received an email to tell me the time I had requested was unfortunately not available. I emailed back and we agreed on 10.15am. I arrived at my appointment and sat for 10-15 mins with nobody approaching me. I could tell there was an issue as the receptionist kept chatting to the hairdresser and looking at the computer and then to me. She finally came over and explained they had somehow double booked and could I wait. I asked how long and they said the hairdresser would be with me in 30 mins. So I agreed. I waited another 20 mins and then I had my hair washed. I then sat for 40 mins with wet hair with not a single person coming and speaking to me. I was staring to worry as I had somebody waiting on my and I was in a rush. I could see the hairdresser behind me was panicking and was no where near finished applying her clients colour. Everybody in the salon avoided me and Eventually I had to get up and ask the receptionist how long she would be. I couldn't wait any longer as I was catching a flight that afternoon. The hair dresser finally came and blow dried my hair and I left after an hour and a half of being in the salon. The hairdresser was friendly and tried her best but really the receptionist should have been honest and told me it would be an hour. I unfortunately left feeling very stressed and disappointed. I'm sure the hairdresser would have done a good job but the salons customer service skills were shocking. I work in the industry myself and I wouldn't allow one of my clients wait 10 minutes without an apology, never mind being ignored for 40 mins with soaking wet hair.
