Friendly professional staff. Music in the treatmwnr room would be a nice addition rather than just in the main room.
Had shellac nails done here for a friends wedding, customer service was mediocre at best-when they realised they were over booked I was asked 'can you move' no please, no thank you & shipped off to someone else other than the person I'd booked the appointment with. Nails were shaped badly, 2 nails that weren't supposed to have glitter are covered, polish starts too high up so not much space for it to grow out, there are bumps under the nail polish where something (probably more glitter) has stuck to the polish & been painted over. The shellac polish has only been on for 4 days & it's already chipped from normal wear & tear. Complete & utter waste of money. The only reason for the 2 stars is that I also bought some clip in extensions & the hairdresser that helped colour match was lovely & very helpful & extensions were very good quality.
