The staff were friendly and attentive, it looked like they were having work done on the salon and this is why I awarded the ambience a lower score, once inside the treatment room it didn't impact at all.
A lovely looking salon though I think they're still in the process of decorating. My wax was done very professionally but she actually barely took off any hair. I felt it was a bit expensive for what I got.
