Unfortunately due to the language barrier it was very difficult to communicate. However,
When using the electric file it began to really hurt, making me worry she would go through my nail so I asked her to stop and she also caught the end of my nail with it ruining the shape and length. Then whilst having my cuticles sorted she caught my skin 3 times making them bleed.
I felt very concerned with the experience overall the end result was ok but the experience was very unpleasant.

My nails were done to a high standard. I was with a trainee therapist who was careful and thorough in her work. I prefer the use of cuticle oil before trimming but the dry technique was fine, though less comfortable.
