Always happy with my nails however, There is an issue with the booking system so I had the wrong time logged and missed my appointment, and didn't get the usual reminder the day before assumed the time I had was correct and missed my slot and was told my full payment was taken even though I had no appointment reminder or phone call from them not even a missed call. I wouldn't recommend paying in advance as nobody wants 45 pounds taken off them when you had no appointment reminder or phone call
Ana took a great deal of care and attention to detail. It's been nearly a week and they still look like I've just had them done. I will definitely be going back!
