Absolutely freezing, it’s not the first time I’ve left sooo cold. The heating is turnt off to save costs I think, but it makes what would have been a great appt, pretty miserable. I don’t mind that I can’t make conversation as there is a language barrier with the provider, but comfort goes a long way.
