Lovely lady but the wax wasn't hot enough as she forgot to turn it on before I got there and as a result, my armpits were red raw for a few days after. Her technique wasn't that good either, so v painful. It's a shame as she was lovely.

I can only be honest about my visit. The lady was over run with the shop, salon and kids. My appointment was 40 mins late in starting and I felt rushed and sorry for the lady. I paid for a cut and blow dry but felt she was so under pressure I said it was ok not to blow dry it wasn’t washed previous to cut either. Nearly a hour in the salon but 40 minutes was waiting while another treatment was happening and children unhappy that I was there because they wanted to go. I really felt for the lady but I felt rushed and a bit of a nuisance.

Salon is in the back of a shop, not as described, and I ended up paying twice, was not aware of already paid online and not told that either. Blow dry was not good, had to wear a hat to cover it. Staff v nice but that doesn’t make up for it really.
