When I arrived at Laiba, the assistant didn't know I'd made an appointment and couldn't check on their system, she seemed confused about why I was there. I had pre-paid for a cut and blow dry (£25) but was taken into the back room where she sprayed my hair with water, soaked my back then cut my hair in different lengths: one side was an inch shorter than the other side! She took took two phone calls while continuing to cut my hair, holding the phone to her ear with her shoulder and left me covered in hair once she'd finished. I was not offered a refund for the difference in price between a dry cut and the cut and blow dry I had paid for. I was in the shop for less than 15 minutes and had to pay to have my hair recut elsewhere to sort the mess that she'd left with an uneven and unprofessional cut. A truly disappointing experience.
