I have never had such a nightmarish experience at a salon. The whole thing lated more than 2 hours, I was late for work. I was made to wait, while the only therapist kept taking other clients. She never even cut or filed my toenails/nails properly! They wete ledt uneven and scratchy..I had to beg her to file them properly and had to opt out of nailpolish. I left the salon in tears! I want a full refund.

Had my first dermaplanning ever today with Sonia and I am won over! I have a very sensitive skin and I had a lot of questions but Sonia took care of everything with kindness and a great professionalism. Super happy about the service and the result!
