I had my gel nails removed and the deep cleansing facial. Both were excellent. The spa is very bright, clean and beautifully decorated. Considering it is so close to oxford street, it is very quiet and peaceful! They offer some lovely herbal teas while you wait- the chocolate and vanilla one was great.
My therapist Irene did the skin camera analysis, which is a very cool technology. I chose the deep cleanse as my skin was very congested. Irene was very thorough, and the ultrasonic spatula and her manual extractions were very thorough. Really pleased she didn’t use the metal extraction tools but her hands and massage techniques. Much less damage to skin. The products used were divine and the whole experience was so relaxing. She did a great hands and shoulder massage while the mask was on too.

Irene looked after me. She analysed my skin with the camera in order to give me the right treatment. I had the deep cleansing. Irene was very kind and explained to me what she was doing (mask, scrub, extraction, massage etc...). At the end she gave me advice regarding my skin routine and the product i should use. Really good experience, organic products, and very clean. Will definitely come back.
