Lakshmi is very clean which, to me, is key in a spa. Decor is tasteful and the place felt calming (although it was dead quiet on a Sunday afternoon). The treatment bed was large and pre-heated. Irene was my therapist and was lovely. A bit more attention to my neck and shoulders, in addition to my head, would have made the experience almost perfect. I would go back.

A really lovely hidden gem in the heart of central london. The staff are so lovely. I have recommended all my friends.
