Lakshmi is a pretty new shop 5 mins from Oxford Circus. It was empty and our manicurist seemed to be holding the fort alone, which made her slightly restless. The manicurist was good at cuticle, shape, file, paint etc. but the whole experience was rushed. The signature manicure did not have a soak, which is not normal. She did use a hand scrub but then asked me to wash it myself in a little bowl. There was no explanation of the steps or even a 'now we are done'. I just guessed that the mani is finished as she didn't return and awkwardly waited for nail paint to dry. Fabby products were good. It was just the experience that made me feel like an unwelcome guest with the manicurist hardly touching my hand. I'd expect a lot more service and feel for the price.

Great space, that is clean and relaxing. Excellent, thorough and professional service from the beautician. Good prices for waxing for a salon based in W1.

It was my first time here, and I absolutely loved it! I felt so relaxed while getting my nails done that I felt like I could have gone to sleep! Irene did such a great job- I'll definitely be going back :)

I had the deluxe pedicure which was fantastic. The staff were very accommodating and the whole experience was very relaxing.
