The therapist was friendly but she made my cuticle bleed and the nail Polish went all smudgy. Definitely need to dry the polish longer I between applications.

Very efficient and nice treat before going away on holiday. I had a luxury manicure and pedicure which has actually manage to last all the way through holiday back to work. As an on an off student I would recommend it as a good value for the ambiance, the quality and the staff, which you wouldn't get at the regular cheapos we students go to. So if you can't normally afford it, definitely treat yourself here when you can.

Good location in high street Kensington can't get lost, tony and guy is good for hair and nails and got lovely looking nails but lack of nail colour options

Lovely. My technician was one of the friendliest people I've met, and she did a great job - very keen to please, and gave god aftercare advice.
Re the venue - just as a side-note - the receptionist upstairs was vey busy on the phone, and so I had to wait around a fair while, without her acknowledging me, and even then, it was eventually a hairdresser who had to come and help me out.
