Really disappointing service as had booked a mani/pedi but they were running so late I only had time for the mani and having prepaid for a joint package only received a third of the value back in a refund. Seriously unsatisfactory service and would not visit again which is a shame as the lady seemed very nice and apologetic but they are way too disorganised.
