She couldn’t do threading even though I booked. I did eyebrow waxing instead but this wasn’t great and tweezers didn’t work. Nails were good although took a long time

I arrived early for my appointment and the person in the shop told me to call the number on my booking as it had nothing to do with them. When I called I was asked to give them time to call the eyelash lady.. I waited for another 10 mins calling again to then be asked to walk 15 minutes to another shop or she would give me a refund. As I really wanted the lashes done I walked to the other shop but then had to wait another 10 minutes to be seen with no apologies. The lashes themselves were good.
