Missed my appointment by mistake but they were so accommodative

I arrived early for my appointment and the person in the shop told me to call the number on my booking as it had nothing to do with them. When I called I was asked to give them time to call the eyelash lady.. I waited for another 10 mins calling again to then be asked to walk 15 minutes to another shop or she would give me a refund. As I really wanted the lashes done I walked to the other shop but then had to wait another 10 minutes to be seen with no apologies. The lashes themselves were good.

Donna was very nice and friendly however the first application of Biab was very wonky and my nails did not look professionally done at all. I had never had Biab before so had nothing to compare, but I knew it was not a nicely finished set.
Donna kindly agreed to re-do the colour, it did improve slightly however my nails are not even round the edges and do not look symmetrical especially around the cuticles.
I will not be returning here.
