Very kind staff, I was seen promptly and was on my way well within the allotted time. Eyebrows look fab. I also had lash tinting: I do think they should have asked if I was wearing mascara (first time I’d ever had it done) and I gathered that wasn’t a good thing. Slight communication issues but warm treatment.
