Absolutely terrible. I waited 20 minutes even though I arrived 10 minutes early. I then was told that the lady who had booked a week before me should have priority over me, even though our booking was at the same time and she arrived after me. The staff member walked in late, had no sense of urgency and I was then late for my next appointment. As for my eyebrows- she hacked into them, did not do what I asked and left marks on my skin. She used tweezers and didn’t really thread them, then she charged me the higher price even though I wanted the step below. I did not know they didn’t take card so I had to scrape my pennies together- I was down by 80p which she made me cross the road and get cash out for. Awful- not going back. In fact I would like a refund.

Staff didn’t know I had a pre-paid treatwell booking. Canceling for me would mean being charged so I requested the staff to cancel the booking, which would have taken 2 mins- but she refused and rudely made me wait and wait. I would have left had I not been in a tight schedule. Finally the customer she was serving felt bad and let me have the blow dry ahead of her, but the blow dry was rushed and done half-heartedly. Result was bad and fell apart in a few hours. If you have bookings off Treatwell then you ought to erase those times from your availability and not blame the customer for booking (and prepaying!) on Treatwell.
