I booked over a month ago, arrived and clinic had no idea that I had an appointment. staff were great and friendly.
manager had not booked my appointment on there system. travelled for this appointment very disappointed

A last minute appointment and not disappointed! On arrival I was told Georgia was at the other branch in Potters Bar so I would have thought Treatwell need to update their details. Jenny did my wax she was friendly and did a really good job as well as making me comfortable. It was a simple, quick and efficient service. I’d recommend downloading the Treatwell app and having your proof of payment ready on arrival. I will definitely book again! 😊
