Although I had booked my appointment with Tom, he was doing another customer when I arrived. Instead, Rachel did my pedicure and manicure and was absolutely brilliant - she was professional and patient with my additional needs and did a wonderful job with my hands and feet. I arrived anxious and left smiling. Thank you!
