Really good service. Only booked gel paint but got better treatment it was almost a manicure.

Had an appointment for 2pm but was not checked in upon arrival, sat for about 15 for someone to notice me to then wait a little longer. Gel manicure done within 45 minutes but it was a painful process - 2 of my nails bled in the process and are still swollen now (2 days later). No apologies, acknowledgment or antiseptic wipes given. What I’m most worried about is whether the tools are ever sanitised. Nails look fine as would a normal manicure but I’m slightly traumatised so won’t be returning.
