Second time visiting (last time was 5 years ago but customer service was rude so didnt go back) this time it was very clear my technician was in training despite paying full London price.. 4 nails broke within 3 days (easily) one broke less than 24 hours after the application. I Won’t be returning. The quality of the ombré blending was very poor, as was the shape and texture of the nail.. Would suggest a junior and senior pay level. This time they were very polite though…
Tom is incredible. He was a perfectionist which is meant I could sit back and let him do my nails with complete trust. He sorted out the messy clunky acrylic that was in place from another salon and my hands look perfect and dainty again! Super impressed by how much care and effort he put in.
