It was my first time at Lanes. I was met by Chloe who was so friendly and even better, the waxing was as pain free as it could be. Lovely surroundings.

First of all Chloe did not do my treatment. I left the clinic with bits of scrub still on my body. The therapist did not do the back of legs properly and nor did she moisturise my body properly. This was booked as a 40 min treatment but lasted 30ims if that. Do not recommend
