Friendly staff. the lady that did the treatment was lovely. I had previously read that other people have had their waxing done here and they said that it was not painful. I have to say that my waxing was more painful than I anticipated, the wax was not dry yet and the lady was already pulling it which results in having someone pulling bits of wax here and there, you would expect your therapist to be more gentle considering the sensitive area but this was not the case. When I got in the premises, I was put in a chilled and comfortable mood because the staff was very friendly and the place looks clean and nice but unfortunately I left with a different feeling .

The eyebrow threading was very good; the technician also offered to wax the finer, lighter hairs that couldn't really be threaded as part of the service.
Convenient location, friendly therapist, quick treatment and good value for money. What's not to like?
I had a hollywood wax. The staff were friendly and professional a bit slow with removing the wax so there was some pain. But happy with the overall finish, great value for money.
