Lara is such a warm, caring person who makes every session feel held. She cares a lot about how you’re feeling and is the first massage therapist to really make a difference for me. I not only feel relaxed but in less discomfort every time I go. She’s also really knowledgeable and more than happy to explain things. Can’t wait to go again!

I specialized in myofascial release and TMJ but absolutely love working with all ailments.
