I have been doing pain management with Lara for over a year now. We started with exercises and massage for my back issues and now I come for maintenance massages. Lara is so knowledgeable about her profession and she really cares about the outcome. She will listen carefully to my needs and is overall a kind and caring person. I also go to Pilates classes which she teaches which are so fun and enjoyable and I would absolutely recommend!

Lara is a true professional but also something of an impish magician with a mischievous sense of humour. She listens carefully and takes time to explain what she is doing and why, clarifying anatomical language to enable proper understanding. I feel completely safe in her hands, which is particularly important as I have had several joint replacements as well as spinal surgery. Every time I emerge from her treatment room I feel refreshed and somehow lighter. I would highly recommend.

Hi! I am a soft tissue therapist, yoga, meditation and Pilates teacher. I have been practicing for over 10 years and continue to have a passion for the human body and its capabilities to self heal. I specialized in myofascial release and TMJ but absolutely love working with all ailments. I will always try my utmost best to tailor every treatment to the individual in-front of me and listen to what is going on in their life.
