Lara is absolutely fantastic! I had been struggling with plantar fasciitis for a while, and after just two deep tissue massage sessions with her, the pain was completely gone. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and really knows how to target the problem areas. I can’t recommend her enough!

I specialized in myofascial release and TMJ but absolutely love working with all ailments.
