This was my first treatment with Lara and I was so pleased with my experience! It is clear Lara is very skilled at what she does and has so much knowledge on the body and what can help. She was also extremely lovely and welcoming and listened to me very kindly. I have rebooked two more sessions already and can’t wait to work with her long term!

Lara is outstanding at what she does. This is my second appointment with her and I will definitely book again. I travel quite a distance for the appointment and do so because it is worth it. There are many people out there who try to offer different massages, with not much knowledge of the body or experience,but Lara REALLY knows what she is doing. If you are in the stage where you sre thinking of booking, and are reading this review, just book it, you won't regret it!
