I went to see Lara as I had a bad shoulder injury and nothing else was working. She really took the time to find out what was going on with it and concentrated on that area as well as recommending some exercises for me to try in the week following treatment. Lara made a massive improvement to my shoulder and was so lovely and accommodating. 10/10
