I’ve been seeing Lara since July, it started as a niggly back & has evolved into realigning my whole body. I am consistently impressed by her wealth of knowledge, Lara has an answer for every problem we encounter which is something I haven’t had with a practitioner before. Lara creates a very safe & welcoming environment where ever she is, & I know she truly cares about my well being. There’s no one else I would trust with my body.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lara,and I cannot recommend her enough. Her expertise as fascia massage therapist is truly exceptional. She identifies and addresses deep tension points with precision. After every session, I feel revitalized, with improved mobility and reduced discomfort. Additionally, Lara's Pilates training sessions are a perfect complement to her therapeutic work. She's an attentive and patient instructor who tailors workouts to individual needs.

Hi! I am a soft tissue therapist, yoga, meditation and Pilates teacher. I have been practicing for over 10 years and continue to have a passion for the human body and its capabilities to self heal. I specialized in myofascial release and TMJ but absolutely love working with all ailments.
