Last week was my first experience with laser hair removal ever. I arrived and Robyn was waiting on me and could take me straight away. She remembered me from my skin test which was very nice.
Robyn was very professional and made me feel relaxed. The laser experience was so good I decided to pay upfront for all 6 sessions. Can’t wait to come back.

I have only had 1 laser session to date, only fairly recent, so I unfortunately cannot yet comment on results. Before booking in with laser HQ I had done my own research. So far, I am so pleased I have chose laser HQ for my treatment! I am completing my treatment with Robyn at the Liverpool clinic, I am currently having Hollywood front & back laser, I was pretty nervous before hand, but Robyn made me feel at ease and comfortable at my treatment session.
