Cesca makes me feel comfortable every time I attend my appointments. She remembers previous conversations we have had, and is very attentive, which makes the experience more enjoyable every time I attend, it’s like catching up with an old friend. She is very gentle and is excellent at what she does.

Everything about laser HQ is spot on. Always punctual, treatments done very quick and efficiently, absolutely spotlessly clean. All the staff are friendly. Jo is super professional, super friendly and super lovely.
