Everything is immaculately clean and has a luxury feel. The receptionist Katie was very friendly and chatty. None of that uncomfortable wait in reception here. Emma was perfect. I felt I was definitely in safe hands. As things are getting back to normal it was nice to chat to people that you wouldn't chat to everyday. Emma remembered my concerns due to previous bad experience elsewhere and was very mindful. Very efficient. This is the start of a life changing treatment for me. Thank you

Best experience, Cesca was so professional and friendly, the environment is gorgeous, clean, bright and all the staff are so nice. I’m really looking forward to seeing the results of my laser hair removal.
