Emma took the time to explain all about the new machines in detail and how they were more advanced than the old ones. As usual Emma made me feel comfortable and care free whilst having my treatment done, she’s always so friendly and lovely and always makes me feel at ease and takes all the embarrassment out of the procedure. She’s a real credit to the team. Also really liked the new machines and can’t wait to return and I have of course rebooked with Emma!

I love visiting laser HQ the staff always make me feel so comfortable, I’ve only had 2 sessions so far and I can already tell that the laser is working :) very happy overall 10/10

I couldn’t be happier with my laser hair removal experience. Jo/Cesca made me feel at ease during my appointment and the clinic has implemented good covid precautions which made me feel safe attending. I would highly recommend LaserHQ to anyone who is thinking of having laser hair removal.
