Was slightly anxious before starting the treatment but Helen explained it all again and relaxed me. Was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t painful. Heard so many horror stories happening in other salons😱 but all good at LaserHQ. Barely any redness, a few hairs popped out the following day. Very happy customer. Can’t wait for my next visit and see my hairy chin and top lip getting smooth and hair free 💕
