I booked online last minute but unfortunately the time slot wasn't available, however Lorraine phoned me immediately offering a same day later apppointment which was perfect. Service itself was fantastic, again Lorraine was lovely, approachable and easy to communicate with she made a somewhat unpleasant (wax was painful) experience, enjoyable! Would 100% come again.

The staff were rude to me and had a very unpleasant conversation within earshot of me. The salon felt untidy and dirty. Eyelash extensions that were sold to me as to last 2 weeks lasted 3 days, although they started falling out within 12 hours.
