Jessica was really good and recommend me to go for the more glamour eyelashes.I love my eyelashes and would definitely go back for refill.She was friendly and the eyelashes last very long .

I've gotten eyelash extensions about 6 times so far at different places and Lash Brow London is the nicest and most professional place I've been to. She pay attention to details from helping you decide what you want to the little gel pad she use in place of tape and providing water bottles. It's also the most pristine place and hygiene is important because it's your eyes!
She was gentle, fast and a very skilled technician. I fell asleep and woke up to gorgeous lashes! I am so happy because I feel like I've finally found a place I can keep coming back to. I waited a week to write this review because I wanted to see how my lashes held up and they look as good as when I left there a week ago.

I was asked if I could come early to the appointment , then the therapist was late. There was nothing wrong with the initial process , but as i was asked to open my eyes the therapist had her iPhone an inch away from my face taking pictures.
As soon as i opened my eyes , the left one was stinging badly. I have had eyelash extensions approx 20 times and whilst have had slight sensitivity straight afterwards - this eye was in a lot pain . I also asked for natural eyelashes (£50) and when it was finished i was told she had used Russian volume which was now £60 - at no point was this higher price discussed before or during the procedure.
Over the next two days my left eye continued to swell and I sent pictures to the therapist . She did offer to take them off , but with no mention of a refund . By the third day my eye was full of pus and i could barely open it .
I have been to an alternative salon to pay to have these removed and when I asked for a refund , the therapist stopped answering my texts.
I would not ever consider stepping foot back in the salon
