Everyone at thelashboutique London are amazing! I have never been disappointed with the outcome of my lashes and anytime there has been a cancellation (which has literally only been once), my therapist, Laila gave me an alternative appt with another therapist for the same day, who was equally amazing! I would not hesitate to make an appointment here! 10/10 for me every time! 💖

Great first customer experience and also with filling in lashes when they fell out after a couple days - stayed on after that for longer so may have just been a one off!
