Cancelled my appointment last minute numerous times and didn’t let me know if the appt was happening until 40 minutes before. Totally unprofessional. I understand life gets in the way, but keep clients informed, especially if less than an hour before. Didn’t see a difference in my brows not sure if they were done correctly. Wouldn’t go again.

My lashes didn’t even last a week! So sad to leave this review, but all my lashes fell out in less than a week. I contacted Hidda but she refused to help rectify the situation and stated that there wasn’t an issue with the application. I have had lashes done numerous time so know how to care and look after lashes and this is the first time this has ever happened. Really not happy with the service and aftercare received. I received numerous unprofessional responses from Hidda
