I arrived at the venue to find no parking available in the area, parking on the road was temporarily postponed due to temporary traffic lights being put in place, even the carpark around the corner was full. I got so angry and upset that I did not attend my appointment and lost my money. In future Treatwell and the saloon need to advise customers what the parking situation is so they can make alternative arrangements to get to there saloon.

I booked a dermalogica facial. Overall it was okay. The positives were the lady was friendly, did steam and extraction and good facial massage and exfoliation. However she didn’t exclusively use dermalogica products and the appointment lasted 45 minutes instead of 60. I asked her what mask she used because it was stinging my skin, and she said it wasn’t dermalogica.
