I had never had these done before and was a little nervous and unsure about it at first. Within the first 30 seconds off arriving, Simona made me feel so welcome and relaxed - she was lovely. She explained the process fully and helped me decide on which lashes would suit my eyes the most. It was a very relaxing experience and I will definitely be going back again!!!!
