I had an appointment with the senior tech. Although my lashes look good, the whole experience was a bit of a hit and miss. Unfortunately I didn't feel too welcomed by her. There was no introduction to herself, or warm welcome at the beginning. Just 'how do you want your lashes?', and since I've never had lash extensions before, I wish she could have gone into more detail about what would have best suited my eye shape/natural lashes or shown me examples and given me recommendations. The process finished much quicker than I expected, maybe an hour tops, and I got Siberian Mink volume lashes. I was told it would take 90mins - 2hrs. I don't know if she rushed them? In the end they did look good, but to be honest, all lashes look great from the front. On closer inspection, I noticed a few lashes that were placed oddly and going in the opposite direction compared to the rest. At the end, she just gave me an aftercare sheet to take home but I would have appreciated if she had taken the tome to go through some aftercare tips with me herself seeing as she knew I've never had them done before. I had to continuously ask questions about what I can or can't use around my eyes etc but the answers were quite flaky so I just googled it. For me, the customer service wasn't there and I didn't feel like the experience was personalised, which is a shame as the owner Stacey sounds fab according to all the other reviews. Wish I had booked with her instead.

Love my eyelashes! I have visited Lash Magnifique for first time this week. I have tried glamour lashes previously and more recently the Russian volume 3D lashes, which I have to say are fantastic and have been admired by many people. Thanks so much x
