My lash technician was lovely and did a fab job, however the morning of my booking I was told that the brow technician was not there, therefore my brow treatment was cancelled and I would have to chase Treatwell for the refund, which is inconvenient. Furthermore, I was initially told in my booking that I would have a master technician, then it changed to a senior technician. A little confusing since I had paid the full amount. However overall happy with my lashes.
The studio called me after I booked my appointment on Treatwell to reschedule because their books aren't synced with the app. This was my first time getting lash extensions and they look great. The process was easy, I'll definitely come back again.
