The booking was accepted yet the lash tech was on holiday. When I turned up there was no one there to cover her and do my lashes and the worse part is money had gone through. The lady at reception who seemed reluctant to help finally said she’d get the lady to cancel on her side so the money would go back in my account but i still haven’t received the money - very annoyed that the booking was accepted without the service being available

Twice my appointment got cancelled last minute. The first was covid, which I completely understood so I rebooked it for 2weeks time then the appointment got cancelled last minute again -just one hour before the appointment due to stock issues. I had a wasted journey as I had already left for the appointment.
If you have stock issues surely you would notify the customer before the day. It just shows unreliability and disorganisation skills.
