Chance has carried out a lash lift on me before and I was really pleased with it hence going back. Unfortunately on this occasion my eyelashes did not lift at all, it just looked I had had a tint. Chance did explain that she used the smallest shield and left the solution on slightly longer as my eyelashes were quite sparse, so assume she was aware it was not a great result. Unfortunately i could not see that well without my glasses until I got home and was really disappointed on this occasion

I missed my morning appointment due to traffic and a bit of confusion with Google Maps, but the staff were so kind and offered me another slot later that day. My lashes look incredible — I’m so happy with them! I’ll definitely be booking again!
